1. Who runs this site

This is an independent guide to Habesha Bets, run by a small editorial team. We are not the bookmaker, we do not hold player funds and we cannot open, close or verify a betting account. For anything about your own account, write to the operator.

2. What this policy covers

It covers habeshabet13.com and nothing else. Once you click through to the operator, you are on their site under their privacy policy, and this document stops applying.

3. What we collect

• Request data your browser sends on every visit: IP address, user agent, referring page, the URL you asked for and the time you asked for it. Our CDN keeps this to serve pages and to stop abuse.
• Aggregate traffic counts: which pages were read, from which country, on what kind of device.
• Click data on affiliate links: that a click happened, which link it was and when.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and there is no sign-up form on this site. If you email us, we hold that email.

4. Why we collect it

Three reasons: to keep the site up and reachable, to see which pages are worth writing more of, and to be paid for referrals we actually sent. Under GDPR the first two rest on our legitimate interest in running a working website; the third rests on the same interest in getting paid for our work.

5. Cookies and similar storage

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Our CDN may set a strictly technical cookie for security and routing. Affiliate tracking happens on the operator side after you leave us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the pages here will still render, because nothing on them depends on a cookie.

6. Affiliate links and what the operator learns

Links marked as bets or registration are affiliate links. Following one hands the operator the usual referral parameters so they know the visit came from us. What they then collect is governed by their policy, not ours. We never receive your deposits, balance or identity documents.

7. Who we share data with

• Our hosting provider and CDN, which process requests on our instruction.
• The affiliate platform, which counts referrals.
• A public authority, where the law in the relevant jurisdiction obliges us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under the CCPA that means there is nothing for a California resident to opt out of, because the sale never happens.

8. International transfers

Our servers and CDN edge nodes sit in Europe, so a request from Ethiopia is served from, and logged in, the EU. Where data leaves the EEA we rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

9. How long we keep it

Server and CDN request logs are kept for up to 90 days, then rotated out. Aggregate traffic counts carry no identifier and are kept while the site exists. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last message.

10. Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. If the CCPA applies, you may ask what categories we collected, ask us to delete them, and you may not be treated worse for asking. Write to support@habeshabet13.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

11. Children

Betting is for adults, and so is this site. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a child sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact
